I’ve been posting about going sugar free and artificial sweeteners free on the Calorie King forum, which prompted me to find some reputable links to info on the topic:

How about Radiant Recovery? Even if one does not follow the program, the biochemical effects of sugar, white stuff, and artificial sweeteners are discussed there. I have found that really helpful.

In the olden days before sugar was a habit. Just when sugar was being introduced to mankind there were women who were burned at stake because they came against the idea of producing sugar. They were called witches.
This sugar business was on the way in and no one had better stop it.
Sugar was the devils work to scourge mankind. Sugar came before diabetes and obesity. Try to stop sugar production now? Or try to stop people from buying sugar. Try anything. Try to stop eating anything with sugar in it?
The only way to stop refined sugar is to call it poison ( which it is) and stop every one from eating it.
These so called witches told the sugar producers that their refined sugar would cause all kinds of diseases and it did.
We need to do another campaign on the reults of using refined sugar. Another meaning the one after the witches being burned at stake. sincerely Evelyn
